We currently have two large manufacturing plants, North Plant and South Plant.
The North Plant is located 300 meters from the Zhangjiagang International Deepwater Wharf, a 5000T RORO Port.
The North plant caters for Mega-size and Heavy-Duty Equipment & Module Manufacturing with annual capacity of 25,000T of steel.
The plant is capable of producing equipment with a maximum overall diameter of 25m, maximum length of 200m and maximum weight below 5,000T.
The South Plant caters for Medium & Small sized equipment & modules manufacturing. The maximum overall diameter of equipment manufactured by the South Plant is 6m or below, has a maximum length is 100m and with maximum weight of below 200T. It has capacity of 15,000T of steel per annum.
The tanks are custom designed and built for each ship. To do this, we have a team of highly experienced technicians who use calculation and analysis tools such as PV-Elite and 3-D drawing tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks and PDMS. We are able to offer the best designs and solutions for LNG storage adapted individually to each case.
The tanks designed and manufactured may be single or double walled, insulated with polyurethane or under vacuum, perlite or multilayer, horizontal or vertical, cylindrical or bilocular, etc.
