Storage Tanks

AMG ICS offers a wide range of tanks designed for the safe and efficient storage of cryogenic liquids. Our super vacuum insulated storage tanks allow for an increased holding time with minimum boil off. As a result, our tanks do not need to increase the working pressure to compensate for boil off, resulting in the tankers being lighter and more cost competitive.

Our workshop is capable of manufacturing vacuum-insulated tanks from 1 m3 up to 1,100 m3 of Onshore Storage Tanks including piping design.

The equipment is delivered in accordance with the current ASME VIII, AS1210, AS 3961, EN 13458 standard and with the PED 2014/68/EU directive, with the option of delivery under ASME U-Stamp standards, as well as a detailed Quality Manual where you can track all tests performed.

QUADRUPLE TESTED Inner tank, including 100% radiographic tests, and DOUBLE TESTED external tank in order to be at the highest quality and safety level standards, and to support the longest possible life of the tank.

Piping with high flexibility design, and external side protection with a total covering of 150 µm DTM, are part of the advantages of our product. We can extend our range of optional extras according to the client’s needs, providing us with maximum flexibility to meet and exceed the requirements and needs of each of our customers projects.

To date, we have delivered over 500,000 vacuum tanks to the global market across 27 countries and 4 continents.
